In 2015, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau famously answered “Because it’s 2015” in response to a question about why his Cabinet had equal numbers of women and men. Join Toni De Mello, Director of Human Rights Services at Ryerson University, as she moderates a conversation among industry leaders on how positive change is happening, what we can learn and take away to our own organizations, and how women and men can continue to challenge our industry to be leaders in creating a culture of equity and diversity in our workplaces.
